On Wednesday, October 9th, KWFT marked Customer Service Week with a special customer appreciation event at KWFT Centre in Upperhill. The event brought together 80 attendees.In attendance were KWFT Board Chair Jane Mwai, Board Member Sharlynne Mbai, Ag Managing Director Kariuki Kitabu and senior management team. The Chief Guest was Moses Kamau Director, Directorate of Social Assistance.
The celebration served as a platform for KWFT to celebrate and appreciate its customers for their continued support and loyalty. The event also provided a valuable networking platform for the customers, giving them the chance to connect, share experiences and build relationships.
In her address, Jaine Mwai underscored the critical role customers play in the institution, reiterating that they are the heart of KWFT and their trust in the institution is its driving force. Ag Managing Director Kariuki Kitabu reaffirmed KWFT’s commitment to customer satisfaction, stating that the institution remains dedicated to improving services and enhancing the customer experience.
