Biography :
Caroline joined KWFT in 1994 and is currently the General Manager, Human Resources. She oversees the human resource functions of the Bank and is responsible for aligning the HR strategy with the overall Bank strategy through employee recruitment and placement, capacity building, performance management, employee relations, as well as ensuring legal compliance and policy oversight.
Caroline is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the Open University of Tanzania, a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Moi University, a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management, and a Diploma in Business Administration.
With over 30 years of experience in HR management and administration, Caroline is also a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management.
