Dr. Jaine Mwai

Dr. Jaine Mwai joined the KWFT Board in 2017. She holds a Masters in Public Health and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from Nairobi University. Dr. Jaine has also attended several professional trainings both locally and internationally to attain various credentials such as Diploma in Executive Coaching and Marketing among other professional trainings from reputable institutions. With over 20 years of experience she brings on board a wealth of knowledge as an accredited executive coach and HR professional with distinct proficiency in the implementation of HR strategy, HR policy, leadership, talent development and employer branding. Currently she is an independent HR consultant and Executive Coach.
