Agnes Odhiambo has served in the KWFT Board since August 2013, bringing with her a wealth of experience in the Finance Sector. She holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting option) both from the University of Nairobi.
She has impressive record of her contribution in the development and implementation of business strategy & process improvements, financial reporting and consultancy, procurement, human resource management, and public financial management in both private and public sectors of the Kenyan economy.
She is the current Controller of Budget of the Republic of Kenya and previously has served as the CEO of the Constituency Development Fund and Secretary of the Constituencies Development Fund Board (CDF Board) where she was instrumental in its strategy formulation and implementation. She also served as the Director Finance and Administration at Postbank and various managerial positions at Unga Group and Deloitte.
She serves on various Boards in a number of Private and Public Institutions and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPAK) and as a result of her immense contribution to the accounting profession, she was awarded the highest commendation “Fellowship” by ICPAK in June 2014 in recognition of her service to the profession.
